Each PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance) contract is tailor-made to meet your requirements, no off the shelf packages here!
General PPM agreements will include a CCTV Survey, with any drainage or possible pest intrusion issues highlighted. We will then clean and flush through the drainage system, ensuring that they are running free of any fats, solids or scale debris. Moving forward, a dedicated service agreement plan or maintenance programme will be proposed.
