Reporting!
All our set and tailor-made plans include incident reporting. Once a blockage has been cleared, we report any findings back to you and advise on them, this allows you to determine the cause and who is responsible for the incident. All findings and images are uploaded to the job ticket opened when the incident call is logged, all accessible from our online client portal.
OUT OF HOURS
Service plans can include out of hours or holiday period service with a provided contact number that can be issued directly to tenants, via social media or added to your website etc.
